EKB Uses Ring Central Meetings for shared screen applications.

Instructions:

ON PC / Laptop: 

Prior to meeting start: 

• There is no software to download for Laptop / PC
• ON PC, you will need a set of speakers and microphone (usually integrated with a laptop) or you you can use a phone and call the number in your email
• There are no accounts to create

To start a meeting and during meeting: 

• You will be invited to the meeting via email
• You may use your mouse to add notes, highlight sections etc during the meeting
• You may choose to use your device’s camera if desired .

On Mobile Devices / Tablets

Prior to meeting start: 

• There are no accounts to create
• You may use the device audio/speaker
• An App Must be downloaded prior to the meeting (again, no logins etc required)

To start a meeting and during meeting: 

• Let EKB Know you have downloaded the app.
• You will be invited to the meeting via email
• You may choose to use your camera or not during the meeting
• You may use your touch screen to add notes, highlight sections etc during the meeting
